No. The whole flow runs in their native SMS thread, no app, no install. Works on any phone.

SMS runs on cellular, not wifi. You're never dependent on the venue.

How does Boop know what times to offer?
Boop reads your connected calendar to find your actual open slots, then texts the prospect times based on that availability so they can pick one on the spot. What counts as available, and how far ahead it looks, can be customized in settings.
