AGA states that PDT 2026 will bring together over 2,000 financial professionals in Washington, D.C. Sponsor materials note that PDT attracts 3,000+ government accountants and financial professionals from federal, state and local agencies.
Exhibit space is purchased in the Solutions Hall, and multiple booths may be purchased.
Exhibitor booth pricing (per 8' x 10' space):
Each 8' x 10' booth includes back and side drape, two chairs, a wastebasket, an ID sign, pre- and post-conference mailing lists, and three complimentary booth staff registrations (Solutions Hall access only).
Sponsorship levels (Corporate | Non-Corporate):
Demo Suite Rental (per 45-minute slot): $800 during Solutions Hall hours; $400 during breakout sessions.

Registration pricing (AGA Member / Nonmember):
Paying by purchase order adds $25 to the rates above. Virtual registration includes access to live sessions, a choice of concurrent breakout sessions, and on-demand access to all session recordings (no CPE for recordings).
Key deadlines: Refund requests (minus a $100 processing fee) must be received in writing by July 3, 2026; substitution requests are due by July 10, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET (a $100 processing fee applies after that date).
PDT is AGA's premier annual training event for government financial management professionals and has been held for many years, rotating locations across the United States. AGA promotes highlights from prior years, including PDT '24. The 2026 edition returns to Washington, D.C., timed to coincide with the celebration of America's 250th anniversary.
AGA's Professional Development Training (PDT) 2026 takes place July 21-23, 2026. It is held in person in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and can also be attended virtually.
Register online through the AGA event portal. Pricing is tiered: Early Bird (ends June 26) is $875 for AGA members and $1,075 for nonmembers; Standard (June 27-July 13) is $975/$1,175; and Late (July 14-July 23) is $1,025/$1,225. Paying by purchase order adds $25. Registration is full-event only, as one-day registration is not available.
Attendees can earn up to 20 CPEs. Virtual registration includes access to live sessions and the ability to earn CPEs, plus on-demand access to session recordings, though no CPE is granted for the recordings.
PDT is designed for government financial management professionals working across federal, state and local agencies. AGA states that the event brings together over 2,000 financial professionals to explore strategies in government financial management.
Exhibit booths in the Solutions Hall cost $3,500 per 8' x 10' space for Corporate Partners and Government Agencies, or $4,500 for Non-Corporate Partners, and multiple booths may be purchased. Sponsorship levels range from Bronze ($11,000-$13,000) to Platinum ($38,000-$46,000), and demo suites are also available to rent.
