The biggest shows
1. SEMA Show — Nov 3–6 (Automotive Aftermarket)
The largest B2B event in the automotive specialty-equipment world and one of the biggest trade shows of any kind in Las Vegas, SEMA fills the Las Vegas Convention Center with more than 2,400 exhibitors showing off performance products, custom builds, and aftermarket innovation. Buyers come from 140+ countries, and the floor is a mix of polished modular booths and jaw-dropping custom vehicle displays.
Best for: parts manufacturers, distributors, restylers, tool and equipment brands, and anyone selling into the automotive aftermarket.
Exhibitor note: SEMA is a build-heavy show — booths here compete hard on visual impact. Large-format backdrops, hanging signs, and branded vehicle wraps do a lot of the talking.
2. MAGIC Las Vegas — Aug 10–12 (Fashion & Apparel)
Produced by Informa Markets, MAGIC bills itself as the world's largest fashion marketplace, drawing retail buyers from independent boutiques to major department stores. With roughly 1,800 exhibitors organized into curated communities — International, Size Inclusive, Black-Owned, Woman-Owned, Sustainable, Emerging, Kids, Contemporary, and more — it lets buyers source across price points in one trip. Co-located shows PROJECT, SOURCING at MAGIC, and OFFPRICE extend the footprint into menswear, supply chain, and value retail.
Best for: apparel, footwear, accessories, and gift brands targeting wholesale buyers.
3. RE+ — Sep 14–17 (Clean Energy)
The largest clean energy event in North America. Solar, storage, hydrogen, EV infrastructure, and grid modernization all converge here, with around 1,300 exhibitors driving the energy transition. RE+ has grown explosively over the past few years and is now a must-attend for anyone in the renewables supply chain.
Best for: solar and storage manufacturers, EPCs, installers, and clean-tech component suppliers.
4. FABTECH — Oct 21–23 (Metal Forming & Fabrication)
North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing event, with nearly 1,200 exhibitors and live equipment demos running on the floor. FABTECH rotates between major cities, and the Vegas edition is among the biggest.
Best for: machinery makers, welding and cutting brands, tooling suppliers, and industrial automation vendors.
5. NACS Show — Oct 6–9 (Convenience & Fuel Retail)
The convenience and fuel retailing industry's flagship event, the NACS Show brings over 1,000 exhibitors spanning foodservice, snacks, beverages, technology, and forecourt equipment. A high-energy floor with heavy sampling and product launches.
Best for: CPG brands, foodservice equipment, and retail technology selling into c-stores.
Strong mid-size shows worth a booth
SuperZoo — Aug 12–14 (Pet Products)

SupplySide West — Oct 26–30 (Food, Beverage & Supplements)
SupplySide West is the leading event for ingredients and formulation in the dietary supplement, food, and beverage space — about 748 exhibitors, heavy on B2B ingredient sourcing and private-label manufacturing.
NBAA-BACE — Oct 20–22 (Business Aviation)
The National Business Aviation Association's annual convention, NBAA-BACE brings ~625 exhibitors and a static aircraft display. A premium audience of operators, OEMs, and service providers.
ASD Market Week — Aug 25–28 (Consumer Goods & Apparel)

AAPEX — Nov 3–6 (Auto Parts & Service)
Co-timed with SEMA during "Automotive Aftermarket Week," AAPEX focuses on the repair and service side — parts, tools, and shop technology — with roughly 515 exhibitors.
InfoComm — Jun 13–18 (Pro AV)

Planning to exhibit? Start with your booth
The shows above represent tens of thousands of booths every year — and the difference between blending in and standing out usually comes down to your booth graphics.
