Texworld New York City debuted in 2006 and the Summer 2026 edition marks its 20th anniversary. For two decades, the show has connected global textile manufacturers with buyers across the U.S., creating a reliable platform for sourcing, discovery, and long-term business relationships. Over the years it has grown into one of the largest textile sourcing events on the East Coast, held biannually in New York City and organized by Messe Frankfurt as part of its Texpertise Network of textile events.
The Summer 2026 edition of Texworld NYC runs July 29-31, 2026, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, 429 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10001. Show hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on July 29 and 30, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on July 31.
The show is aimed at textile and apparel professionals, including apparel fabric buyers, product developers, designers, and merchandisers. It connects these buyers with global textile manufacturers, fabric suppliers, and sustainable fabric providers.
Registration is open through the official Texworld NYC website via its online registration portal. A single registration also provides access to the co-located Printsource and Home Textiles Sourcing NYC events.
It is the largest textile and apparel sourcing show on the East Coast, offering hundreds of international exhibitors, a full spectrum of fabrics, and special features such as the Trend Showcase, Textile Talks, Exhibitor Pitch, and Innovation Hub. Attendees can source globally, gain trend insights, and network with industry leaders.
The 7 subway line stops at 34th Street-Hudson Yards, just steps from the Javits Center, and buses, Penn Station, and Moynihan Train Hall are nearby. LaGuardia is the closest airport at about 8-10 miles, with Newark and JFK roughly 15-18 miles away; taxis and rideshares drop off directly at the venue. Note that the Javits Center does not offer general public parking, so nearby off-site garages should be pre-booked.
