Figures below are from the 2024 Los Angeles edition (August 25-27, 2024). Coffee Fest Los Angeles 2024 saw more than 3,200 visitors — including owners, managers, roasters, and baristas from coffee shops, cafes, coffee kiosks, bakeries, restaurants and foodservice establishments — a 29% increase in attendance compared to the prior year. More than 80% of attendees were new to the event, showcasing growing interest in the specialty coffee market in the region. Innovative products and services were showcased by almost 200 exhibitors.

Coffee Fest is described as the premier trade show for specialty coffee professionals, and since 1992 it has been connecting coffee shop owners, roasters, baristas, and industry professionals with the latest products, trends, and educational experiences. The brand runs as a series of regional shows across the United States. Since 2018, Clarion Events North America acquired Coffee Fest as part of its portfolio of regional coffee tradeshows. The Los Angeles edition has become the West Coast anchor of the series; the 2024 Los Angeles show marked a significant milestone, with a 29% year-over-year attendance increase that solidified Coffee Fest as the premier gathering for coffee professionals on the West Coast.

Coffee Fest is a business-to-business event open to coffee or restaurant professionals, or people seriously interested in getting started in the specialty coffee industry. It is not open to the general public, but those planning to open a coffee or tea business may attend as a new business not yet open.
A General Admission badge provides exhibit hall access for all show days plus access to hours of complimentary education sessions. A Gold Pass adds access to select paid workshops and hands-on trainings.
