The show features specialized pavilions including Wine Room (wines), Agave Fest (mezcal, tequila, and other agave spirits), a Chocolate and Cocoa Hall, and the Veganauta vegan pavilion, plus product categories from cheeses and charcuterie to coffee, preserves, and artisanal bread. Esquina Gourmet offers guided tastings and demonstrations.
