IBTM Americas - Meetings & Events Exhibition 2026

According to the organizer, IBTM Americas figures include +4,000 professionals, +550 buyers, +450 exhibitors, +9,000 business appointments and +18,500 leads generated. The audience represents the full MICE value chain across the Americas, including event planners, corporates, associations, destinations, hotels, and specialized suppliers.

Registration is handled online through the official IBTM Americas website.

1. Visitor pass: Attendees register free of charge via the online visitor registration portal. At the time of research the organizer promoted free registration ahead of an August 3 deadline ("Obtén tu acceso antes del 3 de agosto").
2. Hosted Buyer: Qualified buyers can apply to the Hosted Buyer Program, which offers access to pre-scheduled business meetings and additional benefits, subject to the program's terms and conditions.
3. Exhibitors: Companies wishing to exhibit can apply through the "Quiero ser expositor" (Become an Exhibitor) section of the website.

Show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on both days.
