iVT Off-Highway Vehicle Technology Expo is organized by UKi Media & Events (a division of UKIP Media & Events Ltd), which also publishes iVT (Industrial Vehicle Technology International). The National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) first joined the U.S. event with its Advanced Hydraulics Conference in a debut in 2024 and has returned for a third year in 2026. For 2026 the organizer expanded the event by including the Off-Highway Evolution Conference and the NFPA Advanced Hydraulics Conference within the Expo pass, positioning the show as three co-located events under one registration. A sister edition, iVT Expo Europe, also runs internationally.

iVT Off-Highway Vehicle Technology Expo takes place on August 19 and 20, 2026, in Hall F of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center at 5555 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, near Chicago. The expo is open Wednesday, August 19 from 09:00 to 18:00 and Thursday, August 20 from 09:00 to 16:00.
The event is for off-highway vehicle technology professionals, including OEMs, engineers, designers and tier 1 and 2 suppliers. It is a trade-only event that is not open to the general public, and children under 16 are not permitted.
You can register online for an Expo pass through the official website, and you only need to register once. New for 2026, the Expo pass also includes access to both the Off-Highway Evolution Conference and the NFPA Advanced Hydraulics Conference, a saving of $795 with a single registration.
The expo features 160+ exhibitors presenting components, systems, software and solutions for next-generation off-highway vehicles, plus 50+ speakers across two co-located conferences on topics like autonomy, electrification, hydraulics and alternate fuels. There is also networking throughout both days, including an official drinks reception on day one.
The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is about five minutes from O'Hare International Airport and roughly a ten-minute walk from the Rosemont Metra Station. Public parking is available in the William St. Garage and East Parking Garage, with pick-up and drop-off at the main circular drive entrance.
