Exhibitors apply for the trade show through the Kansas Hospital Association, which publishes a Trade Show Application, Prospectus, Exhibitor Service Kit, and Rules and Regulations on its official event page. Booth sales for 2026 open in a tiered approach: Tier 1 (April 2026) for KHA sponsors, APS and KHSC affiliates, hospital members, and allied organizations; Tier 2 (May 2026) for KHA associate members, insurance companies/MCOs, certain special relationships, and recent (2024–2025) trade show exhibitors; and Tier 3 (June 2026), open to all exhibitors.
