<cite index="1-31">The conference offers education sessions on both boys and girls sports, athletic administration, as well as health and safety topics, multiple networking opportunities, rules meetings, an on-site job room, an awards banquet, and an array of exhibits.</cite>
<cite index="1-33">On average the THSCA Convention draws an attendance of over 18,000 coaches, athletic administrators and exhibitors.</cite> The audience is composed of Texas high school coaches from every sport and region, along with athletic administrators and industry exhibitors.
Standard exhibit booth pricing for the 2026 show: <cite index="3-1,3-2">a 10' x 10' in-line booth costs $1,300 and a 10' x 10' corner booth costs $1,500.</cite> <cite index="3-3,3-4,3-5">Included with in-line and corner booths are an 8' tall back drape and 3' tall side drapes, a 6' long skirted table, 2 chairs and a waste basket for each 100 square foot space rented, and a company identification sign to be placed on the back drape.</cite>
Note: <cite index="3-8">THSCA is SOLD OUT of standard exhibit booth space for 2026.</cite> <cite index="3-9">To join the waiting list, companies complete the 2026 Waiting List Exhibit Contract and email it, with a credit card that is not charged unless a booth becomes available.</cite>
Coaching School registration is available online through the THSCA member portal or by email/mail using a downloadable form. <cite index="2-1,2-2,2-3">Early Registration through June 1 is $85 per attendee; Pre-Registration from June 2 - July 1 is $100 per attendee; and onsite registration in Houston, July 19-20, is $115 per attendee.</cite>
<cite index="2-4">Please be advised, the Coaching School registration fee is a separate fee from the THSCA annual membership fee.</cite> <cite index="2-6,2-7">Registration can be completed online via the THSCA online Member Portal, which allows you to pay for membership, event registration, and/or liability insurance by credit card and print a receipt for reimbursement.</cite> Group registrations with a school payment are also available.
The 2026 event marks the 94th Annual THSCA Coaching School and Convention, reflecting a long-running tradition dating back to the early 20th century. <cite index="1-30">It is the 94th Annual THSCA Coaching School and Convention, held July 19-21, 2026 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.</cite> The convention rotates among major Texas cities. <cite index="1-52,1-53,1-54,1-55">Future Coaching School locations include San Antonio (July 18-20, 2027), Houston (July 16-18, 2028), San Antonio (July 15-17, 2029), and San Antonio (July 21-23, 2030).</cite>

The 94th Annual THSCA Coaching School and Convention takes place July 19-21, 2026 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston, Texas.
Early registration through June 1 is $85 per attendee, pre-registration from June 2 to July 1 is $100, and onsite registration on July 19-20 is $115. You can register online through the THSCA member portal or by mailing/emailing the downloadable registration form. The Coaching School fee is separate from THSCA membership dues.
The convention draws an average of over 18,000 attendees, including Texas high school coaches from every sport and region, athletic administrators, and exhibitors.
The three-day event features over 250 hours of educational content across boys' and girls' sports, athletic administration, and health and safety, plus U.I.L. CCP certification courses, networking opportunities, rules meetings, an on-site job room, an awards banquet, and a large exhibit hall.
Standard booths were priced at $1,300 for a 10'x10' in-line and $1,500 for a corner, but the 2026 show is sold out of standard exhibit space. Companies can join the waiting list by submitting the 2026 Waiting List Exhibit Contract; a credit card is required but is only charged if a booth becomes available.
