The American Association of Law Libraries was founded in 1906 and has held its Annual Meeting & Conference for well over a century; the 2026 event is cited as the 119th edition. It will celebrate its 119th edition. The conference rotates among major U.S. cities each year. Recent host cities include 2024 Chicago, IL; 2025 Portland, OR; 2023 Boston, MA; 2022 Denver, CO; 2019 Washington, DC; 2018 Baltimore; and 2017 Austin. The 2026 meeting marks the show's return to Cleveland, Ohio.

The nearest airport is Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE), about 12 miles away, reachable via the RTA Red Line, rideshare, or taxi.
