The meeting is the annual gathering of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), the membership organization serving chief business and financial officers at colleges and universities across the United States. The Annual Meeting rotates among major U.S. host cities each year; the 2026 edition is held in Anaheim, CA, under the theme "Mission Meets Moment."
The NACUBO 2026 Annual Meeting takes place July 18–21, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. An online version of the meeting is also offered via Zoom on July 20–21 for those unable to travel.
The meeting is designed for higher education business and financial leaders, including chief business officers, CFOs, VPs of finance, controllers, and senior administrators from public and private universities, community colleges, and independent institutions. Vendors and service providers that serve higher education also attend as exhibitors and sponsors.
Under the theme 'Mission Meets Moment,' sessions cover federal policy and regulatory developments, the evolving federal grant environment and indirect cost recovery, budget model reform, and institutional resilience. The meeting also features the release of Inside Higher Ed's annual business officer survey and peer-only roundtable discussions, with CPE credit available.
All booths are 10' x 10' and priced at $4,750 for NACUBO members and $6,790 for non-members. Each booth includes one complimentary full registration and two Expo-only registrations, with additional registrations available for a fee.
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is the closest airport, about 13–14 miles and a 20-minute drive from the venue, while LAX is roughly 34–35 miles away. Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) buses stop at the Convention Center, and rideshare, taxis, and airport shuttles are widely available; the venue also offers more than 3,500 on-site parking spaces.
