The Foodservice Conference takes place July 23-24, 2026 in Monterey, California, at the Monterey Conference Center and the Portola Hotel & Spa.
It is designed for the fresh produce foodservice supply chain, including operators, distributors, chefs and menu developers, K-12 school nutrition operators, retail foodservice buyers, grower-shipper-processors, and solutions providers. More than 1,000 buyers participate across restaurant, hospitality, and school segments.
Registration is done online through IFPA. Individual passes are $1,230 for IFPA members and $2,195 for non-members, with an Educator Pass at $220 and a Student Pass at $185. Foodservice distributors, operators, chefs, and retailers may register complimentary; prices are subject to change.
Attendees must first register for the conference, then book through the official housing company, Spargo. Official hotels are located in downtown Monterey, with 2026 rates ranging from about $344 to $469 per night plus applicable taxes; the housing cut-off date is June 30, 2026.
It is the only conference bringing the produce and foodservice industries together, featuring 190+ exhibitors, Buyer Sourcing Meetings, and a K-12 School Foodservice Forum. Around 2,200 people attend, and more than 80% of attendees make, influence, or recommend purchases.
