Association for Academic Pathology - AAPath Annual Meeting 2026

Registration is completed online through the AAPath meeting registration portal. The AAPath Annual Meeting is exclusively for AAPath members; those wishing to attend must first apply for General Membership and be approved before registering.

Both in-person and remote (Zoom) registration options are available. Published 2026 registration rates by category (In-Person / In-Person after May 31 / Remote) include:

• Chair, PRODS, and UMEDS Section Members: $1,495 / $1,695 / $1,095
• APEX and GMEAS Section Members: $1,295 / $1,495 / $895
• Affinity Group Members: $1,395 / $1,595 / $995
• General Members: $1,495 / $1,695 / $995
• Senior Fellows & Emeritus Members: $695 / $895 / $495
• Residents & Students: $895 / $1,095 / $595
• Society Liaisons & Exhibit Staff: $1,295 / $1,495 / $895

The in-person fee includes participation in live sessions, CME (separate claim form required), daily breakfasts and lunches (including the Awards Lunch), and the Sunday and Monday receptions. A guest badge is $75. The key deadline is May 31, 2026, after which in-person rates increase and cancellation/modification refunds are no longer available. Remote registration fees are non-refundable.

The Association for Academic Pathology (AAPath), formerly known as the Association of Pathology Chairs (APC), hosts this meeting annually. The 2026 edition is the 59th AAPath Annual Meeting, held July 19–22, 2026. AAPath is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, and publishes the peer-reviewed, open-access journal Academic Pathology.
