Dallas Market Center is a large wholesale trade complex. It is a global business-to-business trade center and the leading wholesale marketplace in North America connecting retailers and interior designers with top manufacturers in home décor, furniture, gifts, lighting and fashion, within a dynamic five million square foot campus near downtown Dallas. Lightovation itself spans a major portion of the campus — encompassing 1 million square feet of exhibits representing all categories of lighting for the home.
On-campus amenities include dining and concierge services. Dallas Market Center has two open-daily restaurants, WTC Cafe and Fountain Cafe, and a full-sized Starbucks; during market, various food venues are available across campus. Lightovation exhibits are spread across buildings such as the Trade Mart (TM), with a complimentary lighting concierge available to guide visitors.
Parking
Ample free on-site parking is available. The safe, self-contained campus offers over 11,000 free parking spaces, and handicap parking is available daily and during markets in front of the buildings. Valet parking is available in front of the World Trade Center during non-market weeks and select markets; check the transportation page before each major market for updated information. Reserved parking at nearby garages and lots can also be booked in advance through third-party services such as SpotHero.
Getting there
By air: Both major Dallas airports are convenient. The trip from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport averages under 45 minutes. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is even closer — several nearby hotels report it is roughly 3–6 miles away.
By public transit: Dallas Market Center is easily accessible via DART; the Market Center Station, located at 4301 Harry Hines Blvd, is just a 10-minute walk away via a pedestrian bridge. From DFW Airport, take the Orange Line directly to this station, and DART Bus Route 49 also stops right outside the Trade Mart.
Rideshare and shuttle: Taxis and rideshare services serve the venue, and a shuttle runs between campus buildings and select hotels during market days.
