WR Expo – Waste & Recycling Expo takes place August 12 & 13, 2026, at the Broward County Convention Center (Hall A) in Greater Fort Lauderdale, at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
The show is designed for municipalities, waste management and recycling contractors, environmental service professionals, septic and portable sanitation operators, facility and plant operators, manufacturers, distributors, engineers, consultants, universities, and associations. Exhibitors and sponsors are typically US and international suppliers seeking to enter or expand into US, Latin American, and Caribbean markets.
Registration is online. A 2 Day VIP pass is $195 until July 15 (regular $250), an Exhibit Hall both-days pass is $60 until July 15 (regular $70), and a Thursday-only exhibit hall pass is $50 until July 15 (regular $60). Facility tours and a visa invitation letter are available for $50 each.
The program includes an exhibit hall with the latest technology and products, a main opening, featured sessions, live hall demos, accredited courses, 60+ US and international speakers, a happy hour, and a sponsor reception. The 2026 opening keynote by Chris Carr of Dynaimix AI addresses the state of AI in the industry.
Affiliated hotels at special event rates include the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina (across the street), the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel (2 blocks), Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale (6 blocks), and the B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach (1.5 miles). Rates start around $149 per night, with booking deadlines ranging from July 9 to July 27, 2026.
