Registration is available for both in-person and virtual attendance. Registration is available whether you plan to attend in-person in Seattle or virtually online.

To register:

1. Choose to register as an in-person or virtual attendee, selecting the option that applies to you.
2. SNIS members must enter their email address to access member registration rates.

In-Person Registration Fees (Before June 1 / After June 1):

• SNIS Member: $895 / $995
• CV Section or ESMINT Member: $895 / $995
• ASNR or SVIN Member: $1,050 / $1,150
• Non-Member: $1,195 / $1,295
• Fellow/Resident: $400 / $450
• PA/NP/Nurse/Technologist: $400 / $450
• Medical Student: $50 / $50
• Opening Celebration Guest Pass: $150

Virtual Registration Fees (Before June 1 / After June 1):

• SNIS Member: $200 / $250
• Non-Member: $300 / $350
• Fellow/Resident: $50 / $75
• Medical Student: $50 / $50

Key dates: Early Bird Registration Deadline is June 1, 2026, and the Cancellation Deadline is June 29, 2026. Registrations canceled on or before June 29, 2026 receive a refund less a $100 processing fee; registrations made or canceled after that date are non-refundable. Medical attendees may complete a short survey to receive a promo code for $100 off registration.

The SNIS Annual Meeting is organized by the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery (SNIS). The society has held annual meetings from the First Annual Meeting in 2004 through the 22nd Annual Meeting in 2025. The 2026 edition is the 23rd Annual Meeting, and it brings the conference to Seattle for the first time. SNIS welcomes attendees to the SNIS 23rd Annual Meeting & Fellows Course in Seattle, Washington, bringing its internationally recognized conference to the Emerald City for the first time. For more than two decades, the Annual Meeting has been internationally recognized in the field.
