RISE is attended by more than 7,000 justice and treatment leaders from all 50 states as well as Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and other countries. Prior events reflected similar scale: more than 7,000 attendees from all 50 states, multiple U.S. territories, and four countries attended RISE24 in Anaheim, California. Nearly 300 treatment court alumni attended RISE25.
Booth sales are handled online, with rates published in the official exhibitor prospectus. The RISE26 Exhibitor/Sponsor Prospectus lists sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor rates. Prior to purchasing a booth, a company must be set up in the exhibitor resource center by contacting the director of membership and outreach. Registration is open online. RISE26 will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. All Rise members receive an exclusive discount; membership must be paid before receiving the discounted registration rate, and you must use the same email address to register to ensure you receive the discount.

All Rise accepts all major credit cards and checks for payment; purchase orders are not accepted. The registration payment deadline is July 10, 2026. For cancellations: cancellations received by June 19 receive a full refund minus a $175 administrative fee; those received between June 19 and July 6 are refunded 50% of registration cost; and after July 6, no refunds are available.
RISE is the annual training conference of All Rise, the organization formerly known as the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) — reflected in the conference's legacy domain, nadcpconference.org. For more than two decades, RISE has been the nation's premier gathering of justice and treatment professionals. Recent editions include RISE24 in Anaheim, California, and RISE25, with RISE26 marking the conference's move to Nashville, Tennessee.

The conference is designed for justice and treatment professionals, including judges, attorneys, treatment providers, coordinators, law enforcement, and veteran mentors working across treatment court models and the justice system. It draws more than 7,000 attendees from all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and other countries.
Registration is completed online. Published rates included $860 for members and $960 for non-members before June 26 (rising to $1,010 after), $495 for speakers, $660 for international registrants, and $560 for exhibitors and Mentor Boot Camp/Coordinator attendees. All Rise members receive a discount, so membership must be paid before registering using the same email address.
The early rate ended June 26, 2026, and the registration payment deadline is July 10, 2026. Cancellations by June 19 receive a full refund minus a $175 fee, cancellations between June 19 and July 6 receive a 50% refund, and no refunds are available after July 6.
