About this venue

Aria Resort & Casino is a luxury resort at the heart of the CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip, positioned between the Bellagio and Park MGM resorts. It opened in December 2009 and is the largest and tallest structure at CityCenter, with 61-story steel-and-glass towers and approximately 4,000 rooms. Amenities include a large casino floor, a spa, numerous restaurants and bars, and adjacent luxury shopping at The Shops at Crystals. A resort fee applies to hotel stays.

Parking

Aria offers on-site self-parking and valet parking. The self-parking garage is accessed via City Center Place (W. Aria Place) off Las Vegas Boulevard, and valet is available at the Main Valet (off Las Vegas Blvd) and the North Valet (off Harmon Avenue).

  • Self-parking for visitors currently starts around $20 on weekdays; valet is roughly $40 per day (rates change and may be higher during special events).
  • Registered hotel guests receive in-and-out privileges across MGM Resorts properties within the same 24-hour period and parking type.
  • The self-park garage has a height clearance of about 7'3" and does not accommodate oversized vehicles.

Nearby alternative garages include The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM, roughly 0.2 miles away.

Getting there

The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), roughly 3 to 4 miles from Aria, with a typical drive time of about 10–20 minutes; a taxi runs approximately $19–$27. Aria does not operate a complimentary airport shuttle, so guests arrange their own transportation.

  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and taxis serve designated pick-up/drop-off areas at Aria.
  • Public transit: RTC Southern Nevada buses, including the Deuce on the Strip, stop near Aria; the SDX/Deuce connects the Strip to the South Strip Transit Terminal. Budget travelers can reach the airport by bus for a few dollars, though it takes around 40 minutes with transfers.
  • Driving: From LAS, the most direct route to Aria is via Las Vegas Boulevard.

Nearby hotels

The conference hotel is the Aria Resort & Casino itself, so on-site rooms are the most convenient option. Aria sits within the CityCenter complex on the center Strip, placing several other hotels within walking distance:

  • Vdara Hotel & Spa — adjacent within CityCenter
  • Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas — adjacent within CityCenter
  • The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas — about 0.2 miles
  • Park MGM — about 0.2 miles
  • Bellagio — a short walk north via CityCenter walkways

Refer to NACHC's Hotel & Travel page for the official conference room block and booking details.
