NACHC describes CHI as its largest and most important annual gathering. In 2023, the organization noted the event was an annual gathering of more than 2,000 community health center executives, medical directors, clinicians, and board members, along with professionals from HCCNs and PCAs. For the 2025 edition in Chicago, NACHC reported that the conference brought together nearly 3,000 CHC leaders alongside more than 180 exhibitors. The audience is composed of purchasing decision makers and recommenders seeking solutions to improve health center business operations and patient care.
Registration for CHI 2026 is open and can be completed online or by submitting a downloadable PDF registration form via mail or email. To register online, each registrant must have a unique email address and a NACHC user account.

Member pricing is based on current NACHC Organizational Membership status (dues current through June 30, 2026). No registration is processed without payment. Cancellations must be in writing and received on or before Thursday, August 6, 2026 (a $100 processing fee applies); cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Additional fees apply for pre- or post-conference events. Pricing is subject to change.
CHI is organized by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), which was founded in 1971 to promote efficient, high-quality, comprehensive, patient-centered health care that is accessible and community directed. NACHC serves as the leading national advocacy organization for community-based health centers and works closely with State and Regional Primary Care Associations. Over the years, CHI has grown into what NACHC calls the largest and most important annual gathering of community health center leaders, clinicians, staff, and board members, drawing thousands of attendees and well over 150 exhibitors as Community Health Centers now serve tens of millions of patients across more than 17,000 sites nationwide.

Aria Resort & Casino is a luxury resort at the heart of the CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip, positioned between the Bellagio and Park MGM resorts. It opened in December 2009 and is the largest and tallest structure at CityCenter, with 61-story steel-and-glass towers and approximately 4,000 rooms. Amenities include a large casino floor, a spa, numerous restaurants and bars, and adjacent luxury shopping at The Shops at Crystals. A resort fee applies to hotel stays.
Aria offers on-site self-parking and valet parking. The self-parking garage is accessed via City Center Place (W. Aria Place) off Las Vegas Boulevard, and valet is available at the Main Valet (off Las Vegas Blvd) and the North Valet (off Harmon Avenue).
Nearby alternative garages include The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM, roughly 0.2 miles away.
The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), roughly 3 to 4 miles from Aria, with a typical drive time of about 10–20 minutes; a taxi runs approximately $19–$27. Aria does not operate a complimentary airport shuttle, so guests arrange their own transportation.
The conference hotel is the Aria Resort & Casino itself, so on-site rooms are the most convenient option. Aria sits within the CityCenter complex on the center Strip, placing several other hotels within walking distance:

Full conference registration for NACHC members starts at $1,415 early-bird, while non-members start at $3,000, with student and one-day rates also available. You can register online through NACHC's registration portal or by submitting the PDF registration form, and each registrant needs a NACHC account with a unique email address.
