Caesars Forum is a convention center located east of the Las Vegas Strip. It opened on October 25, 2020, offers 550,000 square feet of space, and includes what the operator describes as the largest pillarless ballrooms in the world, along with a 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza. The venue is built on a single level with loading docks and is LEED-certified. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout Caesars Forum, and the CCW Registration Desk is located near the Forum Ballroom.
Harrah's self-park garage is available for CCW attendees; standard parking fees apply and CCW does not validate parking. Several additional pay garages and lots operate nearby along the Strip and Convention Center Drive, with published rates in the roughly $10–$20 range at various locations within about a mile of the venue.
The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport, roughly 3 miles away (a taxi runs about $29). Caesars Forum sits mid-Strip, directly behind The LINQ Promenade and next to the High Roller. It is reachable via a pedestrian sky bridge from Harrah's and The LINQ, and there is a Harrah's/LINQ stop on the Las Vegas Monorail that connects to the Forum — just one stop from the Las Vegas Convention Center. The RTC 'Deuce' bus stops within a short walk on Las Vegas Boulevard, and rideshare and taxi service are widely available.
CCW negotiates special group rates at nearby Caesars properties. Recommended hotels include:
The room block cutoff for the 2026 group rate is Friday, May 29, 2026. Flamingo Las Vegas is also accessible through The LINQ Promenade.
