Getting there

Hilton Hawaiian Village is about 8 miles from Honolulu's Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). The resort is roughly a 20-minute drive from the airport. The airport offers rental cars, airport shuttles, taxis and rideshare, and hotel partners include Charley's Taxi and Enterprise Rental Car, which have desks at the resort. For those without a car, TheBus provides service for about $3, taking around 31 minutes. Note: no busses will be provided by the event in 2026.

Nearby hotels

The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is the host venue and primary conference hotel. Official housing is arranged through SPARGO, Inc. via the TechNet Indo-Pacific Housing Center. Because the resort sits in the heart of Waikiki, numerous additional hotels are within a short walk or drive, including the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites, Prince Waikiki and other Waikiki Beach properties. Housing can be reserved through the official provider; travelers are cautioned that only SPARGO, Inc. is the authorized hotel reservations contact.
