<cite index="5-3">TechNet Indo-Pacific is now in its 41st year</cite>, making it a long-established fixture in the regional defense community. <cite index="7-2">It is the largest event in the Pacific Rim focusing on regional defense issues</cite>, and <cite index="4-19">it is co-sponsored by AFCEA International and AFCEA Hawaii.</cite>

<cite index="4-1">Exhibits are displayed in the Mid-Pacific and Tapa Conference Centers at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.</cite> <cite index="24-2,24-3">The property is a 22-acre oceanfront resort with five high-rise towers, direct beach access, lush gardens and a saltwater lagoon.</cite> <cite index="24-10">Guests can enjoy diverse dining options across roughly 20 restaurants and lounges.</cite>
On-site parking is available at the resort, though rates are high and there is no free public parking nearby. <cite index="23-7">Self-parking in the garage is $72.25/day, valet parking is $93.19/day, and oversized vehicles are $115.18/day, with secured, covered parking and in/out privileges available.</cite> <cite index="13-4">Cheaper parking can be found about a 3-minute walk away at the Wailana Garage across the street, which charges around $45 per day.</cite>

Inouye International Airport (HNL).</cite> <cite index="23-1">The resort is roughly a 20-minute drive from the airport.</cite> <cite index="23-5,23-6">The airport offers rental cars, airport shuttles, taxis and rideshare, and hotel partners include Charley's Taxi and Enterprise Rental Car, which have desks at the resort.</cite> <cite index="28-43">For those without a car, TheBus provides service for about $3, taking around 31 minutes.</cite> Note: <cite index="4-20">no busses will be provided by the event in 2026.</cite>
The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is the host venue and primary conference hotel. <cite index="4-2">Official housing is arranged through SPARGO, Inc. via the TechNet Indo-Pacific Housing Center.</cite> Because the resort sits in the heart of Waikiki, numerous additional hotels are within a short walk or drive, including the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites, Prince Waikiki and other Waikiki Beach properties. <cite index="4-2">Housing can be reserved through the official provider; travelers are cautioned that only SPARGO, Inc. is the authorized hotel reservations contact.</cite>

The event is designed for government, military, industry and academia leaders working in defense, communications, IT, cyber, AI, space and intelligence across the Indo-Pacific region. It is co-sponsored by AFCEA International and AFCEA Hawaii and supports the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command mission.
