The Venetian Expo (formerly the Sands Expo) is a large convention center adjacent to The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts just off the Las Vegas Strip. <cite index="5-19,5-20">Combined with the Venetian Convention Center at the Venetian and Palazzo, the Venetian Expo Center boasts 2.25 million square feet of flexible combined meeting and convention space.</cite> <cite index="9-26">The Venetian Expo has four exhibit halls.</cite> <cite index="13-3">The complex features expansive expo halls and over 300 meeting rooms, nearly all of them customizable.</cite> <cite index="6-27,6-28">The resort recently invested in state-of-the-art network infrastructure and is one of the largest, most robust Wi-Fi6 meeting and convention centers in the world, providing continuous high-speed internet across the entire resort.</cite> <cite index="5-7">There are two food courts in Hall G on Level 1.</cite>
The venue is served by the Venetian and Palazzo parking facilities. <cite index="6-23">The Venetian Resort offers two paid self-parking garages and valet.</cite> Parking rates are subject to change, and event rates may be in effect, so check posted signage on arrival. <cite index="5-1">Limited oversized vehicle parking is available on the first level of The Venetian parking garage, accessible from either the Las Vegas Blvd or Koval Lane entrances.</cite> Accessible/handicap parking is available in the garage on a first-come, first-served basis.

AAPEX 2026 takes place at the Venetian Expo (201 Sands Ave.) and Caesars Forum (3911 S Koval Ln) in Las Vegas, NV. The Exhibit Hall is open to registered attendees Tuesday, November 3 through Thursday, November 5, 2026, with exhibit hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Only business representatives of the automotive aftermarket industry may attend, and all registrants are subject to review and approval by Event Management. Non-automotive companies, consumers, and enthusiasts are not permitted, and no one under age 16 may access the exhibits.
Attendee registration is $50 through June 27, $75 through September 25, and $100 starting September 26 or onsite; financial services and non-exhibiting companies pay $399. The badge provides Exhibit Hall floor access to both AAPEX and the SEMA Show, though some sessions may be restricted.
Booth space is $34 per square foot for Auto Care Association, MEMA, NARSA, or PAMA members and $59 per square foot for non-members. Premium placements add fees: $750 for a corner, $2,800 for a peninsula, and $5,800 for an island booth.
Complimentary shuttles run between official AAPEX hotels, the AAPEX Forum, and the SEMA Show, and the Las Vegas Monorail's Harrah's/The Linq station sits at the AAPEX Forum entrance. Paid parking is available at The Venetian and The Palazzo garages, and taxis, rideshares, buses, and SuperShuttle airport service are also options.
