The 2026 edition was held June 16–18 at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, with a two-day core conference preceded by an optional AI Foundations Workshop. For 2027, the event moves to the Sheraton Denver Downtown, scheduled for June 2–4, 2027. Attendee feedback has praised the substantive, non-sales-pitch content and the depth of concurrent breakout sessions.

The event is designed for architecture, engineering, and construction firm executives, principals, innovation directors, and technology leaders, along with AEC technology solution providers. It is aimed at anyone responsible for strategy, operations, or driving innovation, such as Presidents, CIOs, IT Managers, and Chief Design Officers.
The main conference pass is $1,995 per registrant, which includes keynote sessions, educational programming, networking receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and conference materials. Groups from the same firm save $500 on each additional registrant when they register together in one transaction, and an optional AI Foundations Workshop is available for an extra $995.
