AED Summit - Associated Equipment Distributors 2027

The 2026 AED Summit brought together over 2,500 equipment distributors, manufacturers, and industry partners from across North America, with more than 50 percent of AED member companies represented at the event. Hosted by Associated Equipment Distributors, the Summit draws 700+ companies attending each year, delivering access to decision-makers actively looking for products, partnerships, and solutions. According to the 2027 event prospectus, more than 800 companies participate annually. AED Summit brings senior and executive management together from a wide range of dealership sizes and locations.

Specific per-booth CONDEX and suite/meeting room prices are provided through the exhibitor application process rather than published as a flat rate. Booth and suite fees do not include any registrations; each attendee representing a company must be registered separately for AED Summit at the Exhibitor rate applicable at the time of registration. Registrations are discounted for exhibiting companies, and a discount code is provided with the booth or suite confirmation to receive the discounted registration rate. For sponsors, all published sponsorship rates are AED member rates, with non-member rates priced at 2x the member rates; a discounted Summit registration rate of $540 per person is provided for sponsorships totaling $3,000 or more. Registration includes access to all AED Summit events except the AED Foundation Fundraising Gala, which is an optional, tax-deductible purchase you can include or exclude during registration.

Registration includes all General Sessions, Education Sessions, CONDEX Exhibit Hall and Suite/Meeting Room access, Receptions, breakfasts at the Tuesday and Wednesday General Sessions, lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Wednesday evening Keynote Dinner.

AED was founded in 1919 by Morton R. Hunter and serves the construction, mining, forestry, power generation, agricultural and rental industries. The association was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is now headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, representing over 800 industrial equipment companies. The Summit grew out of AED's long-running annual meetings, at which CONDEX (Conference, Display and Exhibit Center, where manufacturers showcase products) was initiated. AED celebrated its 100-year anniversary in 2019. The event has continued to grow as the industry's leading annual gathering; the 2026 AED Summit, held January 19–21 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, brought together over 2,500 equipment distributors, manufacturers, and industry partners for three days of education, networking, and strategic insight.
