Aero-Engines America & Engine Leasing, Trading & Finance Americas (ELTF) 2027

The 2026 edition was described by the organizer as a record-breaking year, drawing 1,117 attendees. Reported audience figures for 2026 included 164 airline/lessor buyers, 83 showcase exhibitors and 53 industry-leading speakers. The organizer states the co-located events bring together 1,100+ senior representatives from airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs, suppliers, financiers and consultancies.

Registration is handled online via the official event website, with several pass types. There is no visitor-only pass; because the showcase exhibition is integrated with the conferences, only conference attendees can visit exhibitors.

Published delegate rates include:

• All Access Delegate: $1,999 — access to all Aero-Engines Americas and ELTF Americas sessions, the showcase, Brella networking, and all networking functions (2 evening receptions, 3 lunches, plus coffee breaks)
• AeroEngines Only Delegate: $1,635 — all Aero-Engines Americas sessions, showcase, Brella, plus 2 evening receptions and 2 lunches
• ELTF Only Delegate: $755 — all ELTF Americas sessions, showcase, Brella, plus 1 evening reception and 1 lunch
• Qualified Airline VIP: FREE for airline staff in purchasing, maintenance, overhaul, engineering, supply chain or technology roles (subject to a 2-3 business day approval process)
• Lessor VIP: FREE for leasing-company staff working solely in technical procurement (for the Aero-Engines conference only; ELTF requires payment)

Payment is by credit card through the secure online system, or by invoice if booking more than 30 days before the conference. Sales, business development, marketing and customer-service roles do not qualify for complimentary places.

Aero-Engines Americas is part of the Aviation Week Network's AeroEngines event series, operated under the Informa Markets division of Informa PLC. The wider series spans multiple regions, including Europe, Asia and MENA editions, alongside co-located Engine Leasing, Trading & Finance (ELTF) events.
