ALLIANCE - HEUG - Higher Education Users Group 2027

The official site does not publish standalone booth or exhibit space pricing. Exhibiting is handled through sponsorship packages, and exhibitors not covered by a sponsorship package must register at the current conference rate. All company representatives — including Exhibitor Presenters, Solution Center Attendees, and Support Staff — must either use a registration included with the sponsorship or purchase one separately. Housing and registration open Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Registration is completed online through the HEUG member system, and attendees must provide a hotel confirmation code from a conference-block hotel to lock in the early bird rate.

Conference passes (US Dollars):

• Members: $1,150 earlybird / $1,750 advanced (from 1/16/2027) / $2,350 onsite (from 3/7/2027).
• Subscribers: $1,750 earlybird / $2,350 advanced / $2,950 onsite.
• One Day Pass: $575 per person.
• On Demand Access (post-conference recordings and files): $750 per person.

Add-ons include pre-conference Workshops ($300/session), GT Ignite ($300/person), and guest reception passes ($200–$400). Group registration discounts start at $50 off per person, scaling up for 5-, 10-, and 20-packs.

Key deadlines: earlybird runs until 1/15/2027; the advanced rate applies 1/16/2027 through 3/6/2027; and the onsite rate applies 3/7/2027 through 3/10/2027. Registration fees may be paid at registration or later, but no later than January 24, 2027. Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check/cheque and ACH/Wire — no purchase orders.

Alliance is organized by the Higher Education User Group (HEUG). HEUG traces its origins to grassroots efforts of dedicated individuals at the handful of higher education institutions that were early adopters, beta partners, and charter institutions for PeopleSoft's Financials, Human Resources, and Campus Solutions systems in the late 1990s. The organization was originally known as HESIG (Higher Education Special Interest Group) and held three conferences under that name in Dallas, Texas from 1998 to 2000. The HEUG was legally incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2001.

Today the group has grown substantially. HEUG represents over 900 campuses and over 30,000 individuals from 37 countries on 6 continents, making it the largest independent user group in the world. Recent Alliance editions have been held in cities including Phoenix (2024) and New Orleans (2025), with the conference returning to San Antonio for 2027.
