OMED | Osteopathic Medical Conference & Exhibition 2026

More than 5,000 physicians are expected to attend the world's largest gathering of osteopathic physicians in Las Vegas. In prior years attendance has been higher; for example, OMED gathered more than 6,000 osteopathic physicians (DOs) and medical students for the 2022 conference. The audience is composed primarily of osteopathic physicians, resident physicians, and osteopathic medical students, along with allied health professionals and practice managers.

The AOA lists an exhibitor registration category at no cost, with a separate paid CME option for exhibitors, but does not publish per-booth or per-square-foot exhibit space pricing on its public registration page. The registration fees are listed on the attendee resource guide. OMED is the American Osteopathic Association's long-running annual conference and is regarded as the largest gathering of osteopathic physicians in the world. Presented annually, it showcases osteopathic medicine across multiple specialties and is planned in conjunction with AOA specialty college affiliates, bringing together the osteopathic community for education, clinical science discussion, and networking. The conference rotates among major U.S. cities each year. In 2022, for the first time ever, OMED took place using a hybrid format offering in-person participation in Boston as well as virtual participation via an on-demand platform. OMED 2025 was held in Nashville, Tennessee, and OMED 2026 moves to Las Vegas. Upcoming editions are already scheduled: OMED 2027 will take place Sept. 24-26 in Phoenix, Arizona, and OMED 2028 Sept. 15-17 in San Diego, California.
