American Society of Human Genetics - ASHG 2026

The ASHG Annual Meeting attracts between 7,000 and 8,500 attendees every year, plus more than 230 exhibiting companies, making it the world's largest gathering of human genetics professionals. More than 50% of ASHG attendees are involved in the decision-making process for procuring products and services for their company.

Commercial booth space is available in 10' x 10' increments, starting at a single 10' x 10' space and going all the way up to 20' x 40' island spaces or larger. ASHG offers interested and eligible companies tiered rates for each 10' x 10' exhibit space, depending on the date of application/contract submission. Specific dollar amounts are not publicly published; prospective exhibitors can request the exhibit prospectus from ASHG. Each booth reservation includes 2 complimentary scientific registrations — more than $2,000 in savings from the nonmember early bird rates.

Registration for ASHG 2026 is open, and attendees should register by August 12 to secure the best (early bird) rates. Registration is for the full meeting; there is no one-day or exhibits-only registration.

Approximate registration rates (in U.S. Dollars, Early Bird / Advance / Late-Onsite): ASHG Member / Early Career Member $640 / $785 / $920; ASHG Member Student/Trainee $285 / $435 / $460; Nonmember $1,055 / $1,250 / $1,400.

Continuing education credits and contact hours for physicians, genetic counselors, and clinical lab professionals can be added when processing your registration; you must have an Annual Meeting registration to purchase events or continuing education products.
