American Society of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine - ASRA Annual Pain Medicine Meeting 2026

Registration is completed online through the ASRA Pain Medicine website. It is an in-person meeting, and the base registration includes access to main meeting sessions (refresher courses, plenaries, Ask the Expert sessions, the Practice Management Portfolio, the Medical Education Masterclass, the PA/NP/Nursing Program), ePosters and moderated sessions, the exhibit hall, and daily breakfasts and breaks. PBLDs, workshops, the Morning Fun Run/Walk, and the Saturday Night Celebration require additional fees.

Rates vary by category and by registration window:

• Early-Bird (on or before Sept 17), Regular (Sept 18–Oct 29), and Onsite (Oct 30–Nov 7).
• ASRA physician member: $965 early-bird / $1,100 regular / $1,200 onsite.
• Physician non-member: $1,465 / $1,675 / $1,770.
• Trainee member (resident/fellow/student): $295 / $370 / $395.
• Affiliate member (PA, NP, nurse, other): $565 / $685 / $800.
• Active-duty military: $535 (flat).
• Day rate: $660 / $780 / $895.

Select workshops carry added fees (e.g., Fluoroscopy Workshop $355, Ultrasound Workshop $275). Registration fees are refundable minus a $100 processing fee if cancellation is received in writing no later than three weeks before the event. Visa invitation letters and employer-support letters are available on request.

The 2026 meeting is the 25th Annual Pain Medicine Meeting, organized by ASRA Pain Medicine (the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine). The 2026 theme, "Making Waves: Turning the Tide in Pain Medicine," follows recent-year themes such as "Let's Go" and "The Whole Clinic." The meeting is held annually each fall and rotates among U.S. host cities, with the 2026 edition taking place in Tampa, Florida.
