The Rosen Centre Hotel serves as both the host hotel and conference venue for ACE 2026. The Rosen Centre Hotel (9840 International Drive) is the official host hotel, offering a discounted group rate of $189 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees) while the room block lasts; the group rate applies for up to three days before and after the event based on availability. If the ANFP room block fills, attendees can search for additional nearby hotels along the International Drive corridor through ANFP's trusted partner, aRes Travel. Walking-distance dining near the hotel includes McDonald's, IHOP, and Denny's.

ACE is designed for ANFP members and CDM, CFPPs, along with exhibitors, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders. Most attendees work in non-commercial foodservice settings such as long-term care, senior living, hospitals, correctional facilities, and schools.
The opening keynote is Johnny Crowder, presenting on resilience and workplace wellness, and the closing keynote is Chef Ed Harris, delivering a no-cook, plant-forward culinary demonstration.
