BUILDEX Vancouver 2027

According to the organizer, BUILDEX Vancouver draws 8,000+ industry professionals. The 2026 edition hosted more than 8,500 professionals spanning BC's ICI and residential construction sectors, and featured 340+ exhibitors and 200+ expert speakers. The audience ranges from young professionals to industry veterans, and from startups to multinational companies across the built environment.

The official website does not publish specific exhibitor or booth pricing. Prospective exhibitors are directed to contact the BUILDEX team through the event's Exhibit pages. Companies that are brands, manufacturers, suppliers or reps but are not exhibiting must register for a Non-Exhibiting Supplier (NES) Pass, which includes partial credit toward 2027 exhibition costs if they later book booth space.

Registration is completed online through the official BUILDEX Vancouver registration portal. The organizer notes that published pricing reflected 2026 rates and that 2027 pricing will be updated when available. Several pass types are offered:

1. All Access Pass (recommended, best value) — includes registration for up to 8 of the 80+ ConEd-accredited conference sessions, any keynote, product demo or Main Stage session, daily trade show floor access, two days of networking, a complimentary reception drink, and lunch on both days.
2. Conference One-Day Pass — access to sessions, keynotes and the show floor on a single chosen day (Wednesday or Thursday).
3. Build Your Own Program — a la carte access to individual conference sessions plus full trade show floor access.
4. Trade Show Pass — lowest-cost, show-floor access-only pass with entry to keynotes and networking.
5. Non-Exhibiting Supplier (NES) Pass — mandatory for non-exhibiting brands, manufacturers, suppliers and reps.

A 20% group discount is available for groups of 4 or more registering together (not applicable to NES passes and not combinable with promo codes). For the 2026 edition, All Access and Seminar passes could be cancelled before the stated January deadline for a refund less a $30 processing fee; Trade Show-only passes were non-refundable.

BUILDEX Vancouver is an established annual event serving British Columbia's design, construction and real estate industries, and is organized by Informa Connect as part of its Buildings Canada portfolio.
