Building Material Suppliers Association - BMSA Building Products Show 2027

Exhibitor booth pricing for the 2027 show (each booth is a 10x10 space with carpet, one 6-ft skirted table, two chairs, and a company name sign):

• Member Exhibit Booth — $1,399.00
• Non-Member Exhibit Booth — $1,799.00
• Basic Electrical Drop — $100.00 (contact organizer for special amperage)

Booth attendee registration is FREE, but all booth personnel must be pre-registered; there is a $250 co-exhibiting fee for any non-exhibiting vendors who are not pre-registered to work in an exhibitor's booth. Access to the educational seminars is a separate ticket at $175.00 per person. Sponsorship packages are also available, ranging from a $750 General Sponsorship up to premium seminar and grand-prize sponsorships.

Registration is handled online through the BMSA website, with separate paths for exhibitors and dealers.

1. Create or log in to a BMSA account at mybmsa.org.
2. Choose the appropriate registration: Exhibitor Registration (for vendors/suppliers) or Dealer Registration (for attending dealers).
3. Exhibitors select the number of 10x10 booths needed and add options such as electrical or seminar tickets.
4. Pre-register all booth attendees, whose information is needed for name tags, reception head count, and lunch.
5. Email your top three booth-location preferences to rebeccam@mybmsa.org; booth assignments are made after sponsors select their locations, and top-three preferences are accommodated where possible.

The LBM Expo is the annual trade show and "Learning Exchange" of the Building Material Suppliers Association (BMSA). BMSA is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association serving independent building material dealers and their suppliers with educational programs, advocacy, and networking. BMSA currently serves dealer members throughout North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. The association counts 150+ dealer members and 150+ associate members. The organization also hosts a companion Summer Conference (planned for the Sonesta Resort in Hilton Head, SC, July 22–25, 2027). A specific founding year for the expo is not published on the official site.
