Cater+Event 2027

Booth space is sold by the square foot, with a required booth package added on top. The minimum booth size is 10' x 10' = 100 square feet.

• Advanced pricing: $38.00 per square foot (before 11/3/26).
• Standard pricing: $39.25 per square foot (starting 11/4/26).
• Corner charge: $305 per corner, with corner charges waived for booths 400 square feet and larger.

All booths are required to purchase a Basic Booth Package (an additional $329 fee added to the square footage price) or select an upgraded package for additional exposure. The Basic Branding Package includes lead retrieval, a digital listing in the 2027 mobile app and on the conference website, two exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' booth, and opportunities for pre-show promotions and advertising reserved for exhibitors.

Registration is handled online through the official Cater+Event registration portal, with several pass types to match how you want to attend. Pass types include All Access, Catersource (Cater) Conference Pass, Combined CS/TSE Conference Pass, Exhibit Hall Only, and TSE (Event) Conference Pass.

Key timing to note:

• Early Bird deadline: Early Bird rates for the 2027 event end on November 8.
• On-site check-in: Staff must see your name badge for admittance into conference sessions and onto the tradeshow floor, badges are scanned at entrances, and at registration you receive your name badge and any tour or evening event tickets purchased.
