Collaborative Group of the Americas on Inherited Gastrointestinal Cancer (CGA-ICG) 2026

Registration is completed online through the meeting's official registration portal, and each participant must use a separate registration form. Fees vary by membership status and professional category, with three deadline tiers:

• Regular Registration — September 8 to October 19, 2026
• Late / Onsite Registration — October 20 to November 4, 2026

The full registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, the poster and exhibition areas, meeting materials, a certificate of attendance, CME accreditation, and coffee breaks. Optional NSGC CEU accreditation costs an additional 35 USD. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfer in US dollars. Cancellations are accepted until September 7, 2026 (with a 50 USD administrative deduction); after that date fees are non-refundable.

The organization was created in 1995, when a small group of clinicians and researchers interested in improving the understanding of hereditary gastrointestinal cancer syndromes met in St. Louis. It was formally established in 1996, and annual academic meetings began in 1997, at which time the group was known as the Collaborative Group of the Americas on Inherited Colorectal Cancer (CGA-ICC).

Milestones over the following decades included the organization's first strategic plan in 2010, the hiring of outside administrative management in 2014, and the creation of working committees in 2017. In 2018, the name was changed from Inherited Colorectal Cancer to Inherited Gastrointestinal Cancer to reflect its expanding focus across all parts of the GI tract. A new 3-year strategic plan was implemented in 2024, and the organization now enjoys record-high membership of more than 500 members. The 2026 meeting in Denver is the 30th Annual Meeting.
