Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America - CADCA National Leadership Forum 2027

CADCA reported over 4,000 attendees from across the globe at the 2026 Forum. Historically, the Forum has brought together more than 3,000 participants representing community anti-drug coalitions, government leaders, youth, addiction-treatment professionals, researchers, educators, and law enforcement. Youth participation is significant, with hundreds of young people attending through CADCA's National Youth Leadership Initiative.

CADCA has operated since 1992 as the premier membership organization representing those working to make communities safe, healthy, and drug-free, with members in every U.S. state and territory and activity in numerous countries. The National Leadership Forum is its flagship annual event, held in the Washington, D.C. area — normally the first week of February — for four days. The 2026 gathering was the 36th Annual Forum, placing the first Forum in the early 1990s. Over the years it has grown into the largest training event of its kind, consistently drawing thousands of prevention professionals and pairing training with SAMHSA's Prevention Day and Capitol Hill advocacy.
