DTECH 2027

Registration for DTECH 2027 is scheduled to open in fall 2026; prospective attendees can sign up on the official site to receive announcements and deadlines.

Attendees select a registration path that matches their organization—Utility, General, or Solution Provider—and then choose a pass type. The two core options are:

1. All Access Pass — full conference and education access, including technical sessions, workshops, Grid University, roundtables, networking events, and eligibility for PDHs.
2. Expo-Only Pass — access to the exhibit hall, keynotes, Knowledge Hubs, and welcome receptions.

Additional pass types include Exhibitor, Press/Media, and group registration for utilities through the Utility Partner Program (UPP). A spouse can be added for $125, which includes access to the Exhibit Hall, Opening Keynote, Opening Party, and Networking Party; children under 14 are not permitted.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by January 8, 2027 for a refund, minus a $110 administrative charge; no refunds are available after that date. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration department in writing.

DTECH is the long-running, leading annual transmission and distribution event in the U.S., addressing the technologies used to move electricity from the power plant through the transmission and distribution systems to the meter and into the home. The event has grown to host more than 800 exhibitors and a wide-ranging technical conference, and it is organized by Clarion Events (Clarion Energy). It is now expanding into a family of focused events, including DTECH Data Centers & AI, DTECH Reliability & Resiliency, and DTECH Northeast. Recent and upcoming editions include Atlanta, Georgia (March 1-4, 2027) and New Orleans, Louisiana (February 14-17, 2028).
