eCourts 2026

NCSC states that exhibitors and sponsors can put their company and products in front of more than 1,000 professionals dedicated to leveraging technology to advance the fair and efficient administration of justice. The audience is made up of court leaders, judges, decision-makers, and court staff from across the country.

• Booth Package: $3,500 for a 10x10 booth space (reduced to $3,200 per booth for two or more booths). Includes 8' back drape and 3' side drape, a company ID sign, carpeted ballroom space, wireless internet, one complimentary lead retrieval device, four exhibit staff badges, and an electronic pre- and post-show attendee list.
• Base Sponsor: $7,000, which includes a standard 10x10 booth package (additional booths at a special $3,000 rate), a thank-you email from NCSC, company logo with link on the conference website and app, and on-site acknowledgment.
• Sponsorship add-ons are available based on availability; several tiers (Premium Sponsor, Boost Sponsor, Innovation Session, Wi-Fi, Lanyard, Coffee Service) were listed as sold out.

Pricing does not include furnishings, power, solid-color carpet, or dedicated wired internet. Payment in full is due within 10 business days of submitting the contract or the booth is released for resale.

Registration for eCourts 2026 is open online through the NCSC registration portal.

Registration fees:

• Individual: $875
• Group: $800 per person (groups must be 10 or more attendees; contact NCSC Conference Services for group registration)
• Private sector: $1,500 (for individuals not employed by a court or government entity)

Key policies and deadlines:

1. Registrations are nonrefundable, and payment is due within 30 days of registering.
2. With NCSC approval, a registration may be transferred to another person within the same organization; transfer requests must be received by November 13, 2026.
3. Registrations with outstanding balances may be subject to cancellation.

eCourts is presented by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and is described as NCSC's most immersive education conference. It is hosted every other year in Las Vegas, making it a biennial event. A prior edition was held in 2024, with the next scheduled for December 7-9, 2026.
