2027 booth space rates:

• Standard booth space: $24 per sq. ft.
• FSPA Blue Supplier Member: $23 per sq. ft.
• FSPA Blue Supplier Member with 600+ sq. ft. booth: $22 per sq. ft.
• Corner booth add-on: $125 per corner (no corner fee for island booths or booths 400 sq. ft. or larger)

Booth packages (10x10 booths only):

• Package A: $3,565 — includes lead retrieval, 10x10 booth, blue carpet, 2 chairs, 1 draped 6' table, and wastebasket
• Package B: $3,070 — includes 10x10 booth, blue carpet, 2 chairs, 1 draped 6' table, and wastebasket

All booths include an 8' high back wall and 3' side curtains (except islands), an ID sign, four complimentary name badges per 100 sq. ft. of booth space, a listing in the Show magazine, free parking for one day during move-in, and 24-hour general security.

Attendee registration for the 2027 Expo opens in Fall 2026 through the official FSPA registration portal. Anyone registering for education sessions should know which days and courses they want before entering registration.

• Exhibit Hall Only (two-day entry): $30 / $45 / FREE
• Education + Exhibit Hall Daily Rate: $50 per day / $65 per day / FREE
• Education with FL CILB CE Credits + Hall: $130 per day / $150 per day / FREE
• Learning Lab Sessions: $5 / $5 / FREE for members
• Friday Night Industry Party: $60 / $65 (same pricing for members)

Bring your registration confirmation (print or email), a photo ID to pick up your badge, and a credit card — the venue is fully cashless and no cash is accepted at registration.

The Everything Under the Sun Expo is presented by the Florida Swimming Pool Association and represents more than 50 years of industry heritage, having originated as the Florida Pool Show. Over the decades it has grown into the pool and spa industry's premier regional event, combining a major trade exhibition with professional education and networking. The show is held annually in Orlando.
