According to the organizer, recent editions of FEW have drawn more than 2,500 attendees, 600-plus producers, and nearly 400 exhibitors, making it the largest and longest-running ethanol event in the world. The audience is heavily weighted toward ethanol producers, along with technology and equipment suppliers, engineers, scientists, investors, policy advocates, and government officials.
The official site promotes booth sales but does not publish flat booth prices online; interested exhibitors are directed to the sponsorship/exhibit prospectus or to call BBI International. One confirmed exhibitor benefit is that exhibitors receive two free full-conference passes per booth, with additional full-conference passes available for $995 each (early bird), a 31% discount from the standard full-conference rate.
Registration is handled online through the official FEW website, and a single price provides access to all co-located events. Rates confirmed for 2027 include:
Qualifying ethanol, biodiesel, advanced biofuels/biochemical, cellulosic ethanol, renewable diesel, and sustainable aviation fuel producers can register for free, with complimentary passes limited to plant personnel from facilities currently operating or under construction. The <strong>early bird deadline is May 5, 2027</strong>. Complimentary press credentials are available to working media on request. For cancellations, a full refund less a $100 fee applies on or before April 15, 2027, a 75% refund from April 16 to May 14, 2027, and no refunds on or after May 15, 2027.
FEW is the largest and longest-running ethanol event, with the 2027 edition marking its 43rd year. For more than 40 years it has served as the central gathering place where ethanol producers convene with technology providers, innovators, and policy leaders. The event is produced by BBI International and presented by Ethanol Producer Magazine, and in recent years it has been held at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska, growing to encompass co-located summits on carbon capture and sustainable fuels.

CHI Health Center Omaha is an arena and convention center in Downtown Omaha operated by the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA); the 1.1-million-square-foot facility includes an 18,975-seat arena, a 194,000-square-foot exhibition hall, and 62,000 square feet of meeting space. The venue opened in 2003 and was designed by DLR Group.
The CHI Health Center Omaha campus offers approximately 4,500 parking spaces. Additional public parking is available at downtown lots and garages within walking distance of the venue.
The venue sits in downtown Omaha, making it walkable from the headquarter hotels — the Hilton Omaha Downtown is connected to the CHI Health Center by sky bridge and the Omaha Marriott Downtown is directly across the street. Omaha's Eppley Airfield (OMA) is the nearest commercial airport, a short drive northeast of downtown, and rideshare and taxi services are readily available throughout the area.
