Georgia Educational Technology Conference - GaETC℠ 2026

Exhibit booth pricing published by GaETC for the 2026 conference:

• Inline Booth — $1,500: A 10 x 10 inline booth that includes carpet, one 6' draped table, two folding chairs and a wastebasket, an exhibitor ID sign with booth number, and a company listing and description in the Conference App.
• Corner Booth — $1,700: A 10 x 10 corner booth that includes carpet, one 6' draped table, two folding chairs and a wastebasket, an exhibitor ID sign with booth number, and a company listing and description in the Conference App.

Booths can be reserved through the conference's EventSquid registration portal.

Register online through the conference's EventSquid portal (linked from the official website). Attendee pricing for 2026 was published as follows, with rates good from August 1 to October 2:

• Full Conference (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) — $285
• Wednesday Only — $240
• Thursday Only — $240
• Friday Only — $160
• Exhibits Only — $90

Key policies and deadlines:

1. Schools/districts may purchase registration 'blocks' for a generic group, which must be accompanied by payment and assigned to individuals prior to the pre-registration deadline of 10/05/2026.
2. During regular registration (8/1/2026 – 10/5/26), schools/districts can receive a group discount of $10 off each registration for groups of 30 or more, submitted together with payment.
3. Full Conference registrations may not be shared; only one name badge is issued per Full Conference registration.
4. Cancellations on or before 10/05/2026 receive a refund less a $50 fee; cancellations after 10/05/2026 are not refundable, but a substitution may be made.

GaETC is organized by the Georgia Education Technology Consortium. For more than two decades, the conference has played a key role in helping educators at all levels increase their understanding of the role of technology in education and providing the opportunity to learn about the latest in educational technology. Over the years it has grown into a comprehensive event featuring keynote and featured speakers, hundreds of concurrent sessions, a large exhibit hall, a Student Showcase, a Leadership Strand, and recognition programs such as the Rising Stars awards and Innovation Grants.
