Groundwater Week 2026

Attendance figures come from recent editions. Groundwater Week 2024, held December 10–12 in Las Vegas, saw 6,101 groundwater professionals take part, with attendees from 37 countries and all 50 states. Groundwater Week 2025 in New Orleans drew 4,712 attendees from all 50 states and 35 countries and featured a record 81,900 square feet of exhibit space. Groundwater Week 2023 in Las Vegas saw 6,642 attendees from 40 countries and all 50 states, the biggest show in Association history, surpassing the previous record of 6,612 attendees set in 2006.

Exhibit space is priced by booth type and size, with discounted rates for NGWA members. Member rates include: a 10x10 inline booth at $2,325 and a 10x10 corner booth at $2,625. Larger member island booths range from a 20x20 island at $9,300 up to a 50x40 island space at $46,500. Nonmember rates are higher: a 10x10 inline booth is $4,325 and a 10x10 corner booth is $4,625, scaling up to $86,500 for a 50x40 island space. Bulk space, sometimes referred to as heavy equipment space, is exhibit space specifically designated for large, oversized, or unusually heavy equipment that cannot be accommodated in a standard inline or island booth, and is typically used for drilling rigs, pump hoists, construction vehicles, and other large industrial machinery.

Registration is per person and covers workshops, the exhibit hall, general sessions, and networking events. Registration rates for Groundwater Week 2026 are per person and include workshops, exhibit hall, general sessions, and networking events.

Early-bird rates apply on or before November 6, 2026, with higher rates starting November 7, 2026. On or before November 6, key rates include: NGWA member $200, nonmember $350, early career professional member $150, full-time student (ID required) $100, and spouse $100. Sapphire Club VIP registration is $1,000. Starting November 7, rates rise to $300 for members and $450 for nonmembers.

Note: Employees of manufacturing companies are not eligible to register at the NGWA member or nonmember attendee rates; if the company is not exhibiting, employees must register as a Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer, and if it is exhibiting, they must register as Exhibitor Booth Staff.

Groundwater Week is the annual convention of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). NGWA celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2023, placing the Association's founding around 1948. The event has grown into the industry's premier gathering. The largest show historically took place in 2006 with 6,612 attendees, a record later surpassed in 2023. Groundwater Week 2023 drew its largest attendance in the history of NGWA, with 6,642 groundwater professionals. Groundwater Week 2023 also set a record with 81,600 square feet of exhibit space. Groundwater Week 2025 set a record of 81,900 square feet of exhibit space, saw its highest attendance ever for an event not held in Las Vegas with 4,712 attendees, and elected a woman as president for the first time in Association history; it co-located with the Irrigation Association for the fourth time.
