Registration for IDDBA 2026 is open through the official IDDBA website, with separate badge flows for Retail, Attendee, Exhibitor, and Press registrants processed through Experient.
2026 Registration Rates:
Wholesale cooperatives that offer memberships to retailers may register at the retailer rate. Cancellations and substitutions can be emailed to subscancels@iddba.org. International attendees can request a visa invitation letter during the registration process. On-site badge pickup is at the South Hall A & B Lobby, Level 2 of the Orange County Convention Center beginning Friday, June 5.
The IDDBA Show is the flagship annual event of the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association, which has staged the show for more than 50 years as the premier gathering connecting buyers and sellers across the dairy, deli, and bakery industry. The event rotates among major U.S. convention cities each year — IDDBA 2025 was held in New Orleans, IDDBA 2026 is in Orlando, with future editions confirmed in Atlanta (2027), Anaheim (2028), New Orleans (2029), Dallas (2030), and Anaheim (2031).

9800 International Drive
IDDBA 2026 occupies the North-South Building, Halls A & B of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), one of the largest convention facilities in the United States. Show registration, the Info Desk, and the Orlando Concierge Desk are located in the South Hall A & B Lobby on Level 2, with the New Product Showcase on the exhibit floor and Nursing/Wellness Rooms on Level 2 of the South Concourse and at N312. On-site amenities include a FedEx Office & Business Center, ATMs in the North/South Building Lobby, luggage and coat check at Lobby Level 2 (S10E), and multiple first aid stations across the South A, South B, North A, and North B halls. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the IDDBA event space on the IDDBA2026 network (password: orlando).
Attendee parking is available on-site at the Orange County Convention Center. Current rates, lot locations, and access information are published by the venue at occc.net/Attendee-Parking. Rideshare pickup and drop-off for IDDBA 2026 is located right outside the South Lobby.
IDDBA contracts an official housing block exclusively through onPeak, with discounted IDDBA rates at properties clustered around the Orange County Convention Center and along International Drive. The official IDDBA 2026 Hotel Map is published on the registration page.
IDDBA notes that onPeak is its only official hotel partner and warns attendees about unsolicited "housing poacher" calls and emails.
Intl Dairy Deli Bake Assn
IDDBA 2026 takes place June 7–9, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center, North-South Building Halls A & B, located at 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
The show is designed for serious buyers, merchandisers, and executives in the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice industry, along with manufacturers, brokers/distributors, importers/exporters, and consultants. IDDBA 2026 expects more than 10,000 attendees and 1,000+ exhibiting companies from 40+ countries.
Retail member badges are free and retail non-member badges are $100. Exhibiting Manufacturer rates are $400 for members and $525 for non-members, while all other categories (non-exhibitor manufacturer, broker/distributor, importer/exporter, consultant, etc.) are $600 for members and $1,500 for non-members.
The exhibit hall is open Sunday, June 7 from 11 am to 5:30 pm, Monday, June 8 from 11 am to 5:30 pm, and Tuesday, June 9 from 10 am to 2 pm.
IDDBA's only official housing partner is onPeak, which manages discounted hotel blocks around the Orange County Convention Center. Attendees can book through the onPeak links on the IDDBA Registration & Hotels page; groups needing 21 or more rooms use a separate onPeak request form. Complimentary IDDBA shuttle service connects official hotels to the convention center.
