Registration is handled through the official InfoComm website (infocommshow.org), where passes and pricing are listed under the "Passes & Pricing" section. Attendees can choose from free show-floor access options and paid education passes covering workshops, three-day courses, and CTS certification testing. AVIXA also provides a downloadable "justify your attendance" letter to help attendees gain manager approval. Prospective exhibitors can request space and pricing by contacting AVIXA Account Services at exhibitsales@avixa.org. Because rates and deadlines vary by edition, confirm current pricing and cutoff dates on the official site before registering.
InfoComm's origins trace back to 1946, when the association—at that time called the National Association of Visual Education Dealers (NAVED)—held its first conference. Since then, the trade show has continued to grow and support the pro AV industry. Today it is owned and produced by AVIXA and has become the largest annual pro AV event in North America, drawing around 30,000 verified attendees and 800-plus exhibitors in recent years. The show has been recognized on industry rankings including TSNN's Top 200/250 Trade Shows and Trade Show Executive's Fastest 50 and Gold 100 lists. It rotates primarily between Las Vegas and Orlando, and beginning in 2027 co-locates with RESIDE and Lightapalooza under a single badge.
