The Salt Palace Convention Center is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. It boasts nearly a million square feet of meeting rooms, ballrooms, exhibit halls, and open space. The facility offers 515,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit hall space divisible into 9 halls, 164,000 square feet of meeting space (14 separate rooms that can be divided into at least 70 different spaces), a 45,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom divisible into 10 smaller rooms, several foyers that can accommodate receptions, 1,000 underground parking stalls, and 40 loading docks. Adjoined to the facility are the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art and Abravanel Hall, home of the Utah Symphony.

The Salt Palace Convention Center has 1,000 underground parking stalls. When attending an event, give yourself plenty of time to park and reach your event, as the facility takes up several square blocks and there may be some walking involved. Additional paid parking garages and lots are available throughout downtown near the venue; note that overnight parking is not allowed at the convention center location.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the main airport serving the city, located about 15–20 minutes from the Salt Palace, and is a major hub with direct flights from most major U.S. cities. Attendees can use the UTA TRAX light rail for easy travel around downtown and to and from the airport. Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick trips to and from the venue, and many hotels, restaurants, and coffee spots are within walking distance of the Salt Palace.

Downtown Salt Lake City has extensive lodging near the venue. There are over 8,000 hotel rooms in downtown Salt Lake, ranging from 5-diamond luxury and all-suite full-service properties to limited-service economy rooms, within walking distance or a short TRAX ride away. Options close to the Salt Palace include:

• Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek — adjacent to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
• Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City — about 0.2 miles from the venue.
• Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City — a quick 3-minute walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center.
• Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City Downtown — about a 5-minute walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center.
• Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown — both within roughly 0.2–0.3 miles of the venue.

Organizers partnered with hotels near the Salt Palace for convenient locations and exclusive rates; booking early is advised, and discounted rates ended June 8th.
