Exhibit and sponsorship rates published for the 2026 meeting are as follows:

• 10ft x 10ft Exhibit Space: $3,500 (member) / $6,000 (non-member)
• Sponsors Row: $1,500 (company may provide its own retractable banner, maximum 8' high x 3' wide)
• Bronze Sponsorship: $6,000 (multiple options available)
• Silver Sponsorship: $10,000 (multiple options available)
• Gold Sponsorship: $16,000 (multiple options available)

Exhibit space is first offered to Platinum Sponsors and returning exhibitors, who are given first right of refusal; remaining requests are handled first-come, first-served. Each 10'x10' space includes one complimentary "Exhibit Booth Only" registration.

Registration for the 94th Annual Meeting opens August 10, 2026. The rates below reflect 2026 rates; IBTTA notes that final rates will be announced in Fall 2026.

IBTTA was founded in 1932 as the American Toll Bridge Association (ATBA), born in the depths of the Great Depression when a determined group of toll bridge operators came together. Today IBTTA is the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve them, with members in more than 20 countries across six continents.

The Annual Meeting & Exhibition is the association's flagship event. The 2026 gathering in Arlington, Texas marks the 94th edition of the Annual Meeting. Recent host cities include Austin, Texas, which hosted the 90th Annual Meeting in 2022 as IBTTA celebrated nine decades of achievements.
