Registration for IGCS 2026 is open, with both in-person (onsite) and on-demand (recordings) options. Fees are charged in USD and vary by membership status and by the World Bank income classification of the attendee's country.
Three pricing tiers apply based on payment date:
Sample in-person fees for high-income countries range from $590 (member, early) to $1,155 (non-member, late), with reduced rates for students, residents, fellows-in-training and nurses, and lower fee scales for middle- and low-income countries. Proof of status is required for discounted categories.
Register online via the official links for in-person or on-demand attendance. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer (a $30 handling fee applies). Group registration is available for more than 10 delegates. Cancellations on or before July 2 receive a full refund; from July 3 onward no refund applies.
The International Gynecologic Cancer Society was founded in 1985 and has since united clinicians and researchers worldwide in the fight against gynecologic cancer, contributing to prevention, treatment, study and improved quality of life for affected women. Its Annual Global Meeting rotates among international host cities; recent editions include Seoul (COEX) in 2023, and the 2026 meeting marks the congress's arrival in Montréal, Canada. The meeting is organized by Kenes Group, an international professional congress organizer.
The IGCS 2026 Annual Global Meeting takes place October 1-3, 2026, at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Canada.
It is designed for the multidisciplinary gynecologic cancer community, including gynecologic oncologists, surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists, pathologists, nurses, researchers, students, residents, fellows-in-training and patient advocates from around the world.
Registration is open online for in-person or on-demand attendance, with fees in USD that vary by membership status and country income level. Early rates run through June 30, 2026, regular rates from July 1 to September 9, and late rates from September 10 onward.
In-person registration includes access to all scientific and educational sessions, the ability to earn CME credits, the Opening Ceremony, Annual Business Meeting and welcome reception, the exhibition and poster areas, coffee-break refreshments, the meeting mobile app, and on-demand access for three months after the meeting.
The Palais des Congrès is directly connected to the Metro at Place-d'Armes station on the Orange Line and offers underground parking. From Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, the 747 express bus stops near the venue, and taxis or rideshares take roughly 30-45 minutes.
