International Mass Timber Conference (IMTC) 2027

The conference promotes 90+ speakers, 200+ exhibitors, 3000+ attendees, and 35+ countries represented. IMTC attracts professionals from across the forest, manufacturing, design, development, and construction industries.

Exhibit space is priced per net square foot (NSF):

• $25.95 per net square foot for spaces that are 100–300 net square feet; $19.95 per net square foot for spaces that are 400 net square feet and above; and a $250 corner fee.

Example pricing published by the show:

• $2,595 for a 10 x 10 inline space (100 NSF).
• $2,845 for a 10 x 10 inline space with corners (100 NSF).
• $5,190 for a 20 x 10 inline space (200 NSF).
• $7,980 for a 20 x 20 island (400 NSF).
• $11,970 for a 20 x 30 island (600 NSF).

Important: exhibit space fees do NOT include attendee passes, which must be purchased separately. Exhibit space rates include breakfast and lunch with each pass, unlimited coffee/tea in the Exhibit Hall, dedicated Exhibit Hall hours, a 6′ draped table with 2 chairs, wastebasket and ID sign, a listing on the conference mobile app and online directory, and a 30% discount on select Exhibitor/Sponsor passes.

• Full Pass: Exhibitors & Sponsors — $597.00.
• Full Pass: Educators, Government, and Non-Profits — $725.00, a permanently discounted price that never expires.
• Full Pass: Students — $295.00, a permanently discounted price that never expires.
• 1-Day Pass: Wednesday Only — $700.00.
• 1-Day Pass: Thursday Only — $825.00.
• 1-Day Pass: Friday Only — $450.00.
• Mass Timber Building Tours (Tuesday, March 16 only) — $350.00.

Purchase 3 or more of the same passes for employees of the same company on the same order to get an additional 10% off each pass. Tuesday's Mass Timber Tours are not included with the standard passes and must be purchased separately.

The International Mass Timber Conference & Expo is the 11th annual event for 2027, held in Portland, Oregon, USA. It is described as being in its eleventh year for 2027 and as the largest gathering of CLT and mass timber experts in the world, focused on the entire supply chain. The conference is produced by Trifecta Collective LLC and WoodWorks. For 2027, the show grew from its prior format into a four-day event running Tuesday through Friday.
