International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering - ISPE 2026

ISPE's Annual Meeting & Expo is the organization's most prominent event of the year, drawing pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical professionals from around the world. At the 2023 edition in Las Vegas, ISPE reported that over 2,800 attendees from across 27 countries and 200 exhibitors gathered for the meeting. ISPE reports a global membership base of approximately 22,500 members worldwide. Specific verified attendance figures for the 2026 Washington, D.C. edition had not been published at the time of writing.

Registration is completed online through the official ISPE conference website. Attendees browse pass options, log in or create an account, select a pass, and proceed to checkout.

Both In-Person All Access Pass and Virtual All Access Pass options are available. ISPE membership is required for all registration rates besides the Non-member rate. In-person passes include keynotes, workshops, on-demand content, Expo Hall access, continental breakfast/lunch/refreshments most days, exclusive networking events, and 90 days of online access to recorded sessions, plus 1.63 CEUs available 60 days after the conference concludes.

Group discounts: Groups of 3–5 participants save 10% and groups of 6 or more save 15% on Member/Nonmember In-Person and Virtual All Access passes; all registrant information must be submitted at the same time to qualify. Discounted hotel rates are available until the room block sells out or until 24 September 2026, whichever comes first.

In 2025 ISPE celebrated the 45th anniversary of its founding, placing its establishment around 1980, and reported a growing membership of roughly 22,500 members worldwide. Recent editions have been hosted in major U.S. convention cities, including Las Vegas (2023), Orlando (2024), and Charlotte (2025), with the annual meeting consistently serving as ISPE's premier event for pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, and supply chain professionals.
